Warranty Details

At Kami-Jewelry, we take pride in crafting high-quality jewelry with meticulous attention to detail and using the finest, most durable materials. We offer a 1-year warranty for our gold vermeil jewelry and 3 years of full warranty for our solid gold jewelry, ensuring your utmost satisfaction with your purchase.

In the unlikely event of any flaw or issue with your jewelry, our skilled artisans will repair the product to the best of their expertise and knowledge. However, should a thorough examination reveal that the flaw resulted from accidental damage or misuse, the client will be responsible for covering all necessary repair expenses, including shipping costs.

Our warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, such as abrasions, stretching, deformations, or surface scratches on gold and gemstones. Additionally, it does not apply to products subjected to treatments outside of Kami-Jewelry's workshop. Please note that while most mishaps are reparable, some repairs may incur a fee.

Every piece of jewelry we create is crafted by hand with the utmost care and attention. As a result of the handmade process and the use of natural stones, minor imperfections may occur.
